OPW Fuel Control Certification Course (3-Day, Hands-On Training)
This comprehensive three-day hands-on course is designed to equip technicians with the knowledge and skills necessary to install, program, and service OPW Fuel Control systems. Through practical, instructor-led exercises, participants will perform real-world system start-ups, programming, and troubleshooting of key fuel control components.
Course Topics Include:
Overview and operation of the OPW FSC3000 and Synergy Fuel Site Controllers
Configuration and servicing of Fuel Controllers
Installation and support of PV200 and PV300e (EMV) payment terminals
Direct Pump Control and Direct Terminal Control setup and diagnostics
Integration and communication between fuel control components
Hands-on labs to reinforce system programming and troubleshooting
Certification: Technicians who successfully complete the course will be certified to install, configure, and service the OPW FMS Fuel Control systems and associated peripherals.
Technical Requirements: All participants are required to bring a laptop running Windows 7 or newer.
