Prerequisite: At least W-HE-02 and 6 months practice in field service.

Objective: This is an advanced training on iGEM programming, Security functions, fraud protection, and detailed information on the Data Dump system and analyses that can be done. After successful examination the technician receives a certificate for supporting on help desk level L2.

Method: Hands on training on Hardware, Using simulator software. Practical exercise is mixed with videos, Study of necessary drawings and an Online examination
