OPW Fuel Control Certification Course (3-Day, Hands-On Training)

This comprehensive three-day hands-on course is designed to equip technicians with the knowledge and skills necessary to install, program, and service OPW Fuel Control systems. Through practical, instructor-led exercises, participants will perform real-world system start-ups, programming, and troubleshooting of key fuel control components.

Course Topics Include:

• Overview and operation of the OPW FSC3000 and Synergy Fuel Site Controllers

• Configuration and servicing of Fuel Controllers

• Installation and support of PV200 and PV300e (EMV) payment terminals

• Direct Pump Control and Direct Terminal Control setup and diagnostics

• Integration and communication between fuel control components

• Hands-on labs to reinforce system programming and troubleshooting

Certification:
Technicians who successfully complete the course will be certified to install, configure, and service the OPW FMS Fuel Control systems and associated peripherals.

Technical Requirements:
All participants are required to bring a laptop running Windows 7 or newer.
